Bayern Munich’s involvement at the FIFA Club World Cup this summer could be highly profitable for the Bavarian giants.

FIFA have divided clubs into several categories when it comes to bonuses, with BILD reporting Bayern to be top of the list.

With Gianni Infantino stating, “all tournament proceeds will be distributed to the participating clubs”, Bayern could be in for a big pay day.

As one of Europe’s three top teams at the competition, the Bavarians receive €30million alone just for participating.

Should Die Rekordmeister go on to become Club World Champions, the profit margin could expand to a whopping €100-120million.

Bayern will start the tournament in June, hoping to emerge from a group comprised of Auckland City, Boca Juniors and Benfica.
