
Dayot Upamecano has taken a step forward in his injury recovery.

Bayern Munich have received a welcome boost with the news that Dayot Upamecano has returned to running training.
The French centre-back took to the pitch on Wednesday for the first time since being sidelined with a knee injury.
At the end of March, Bayern announced that loose tissue had been found in Upamecano’s left knee
The 24-year-old is among several key players currently on Bayern’s injury list, which also includes Alphonso Davies and Jamal Musiala.
Following their 1-2 defeat to Inter on Tuesday, Bayern will now switch attention to the Bundesliga and Saturday’s game against Borussia Dortmund.
