Sky Germany sources believe Eintracht Frankfurt are willing to pay €18-20million for Jonathan Burkardt in summer.
The Mainz marksman has been on fire this season with 16 goals and 3 assists to his name.
One such alternative being discussed by Die Adler is Hannover 96 striker Nicolo Tresoldi who could cost €4-5 million.
However, earlier this month Bayern Munich also expressed interest in 24-year-old Burkardt with Leverkusen keen too.
Mainz are hoping to keep their top-scorer into the 2025-26 campaign, but an abundance of sides appear to be circling for the talent.
