With defender Piero Hincapie a doubt for the derby against Bochum this Friday, Bayer Leverkusen could be forced to lean on youth.
German tabloid BILD reports that 17-year-old Italian talent Andrea Natali could be an emergency solution in Die Werkself’s rearguard.
All three of Edmond Tapsoba (thigh muscle), Mario Hermoso (pectoral tendon injury) and Jeanuel Belocian (cruciate ligament tear) are sidelined.
Robert Andrich is also a possible solution at centre-half should the Ecuadorian defender miss out.
Some suggestions also believe Xabi Alonso could announce his decision on his Leverkusen future at tomorrow’s press conference.
